1. Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 120 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and ideally with its packaging intact.
  • Certain products (digital, personalized, or sale items) cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  1. Email info@trysanensis.com with:
    • Your name and order number
    • The product you want to return
    • The reason for the return
  2. You'll receive instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll let you know whether your return and refund are approved.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund processing can take up to 14 business days.
  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility, unless the product is defective or Sanensis made an error.

4. Defective Products or Errors

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us right away at info@trysanensis.com.
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
