Sanensis Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between CF Agency LLC, a single-member LLC, and anyone placing an order on the Sanensis website. By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms.

3. Orders

  • Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer.
  • An order is considered accepted after email confirmation and payment validation.
  • The customer warrants that they have all necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is made in full at the time of the order using the payment methods offered on the site.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier:
    • United States: 3 to 7 business days
    • Europe: 5 to 10 business days
    • Other destinations: 7 to 15 business days
  • The customer receives a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Under our "120-Day Money-Back Guarantee," the customer may request a return within 120 days of receiving the product.
  • To make a return, the customer must email info@trysanensis.com with their name, order number, and the product concerned.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once a return is approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order.
  • Processing can take up to 14 business days.
  • Exchanges are possible subject to availability.

8. Defective Products or Errors

  • If a product is defective or non-conforming, the customer must contact info@trysanensis.com right away.
  • Sanensis will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

9. Liability

  • Sanensis is committed to providing conforming products and processing orders diligently.
  • Sanensis cannot be held liable for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, or for incorrect use of the products by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Sanensis or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Any reproduction, modification, or use without authorization is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

  • Customers' personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
  • Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Boulder, Colorado, USA.
